Our Beginning:
After serving 20 years in the Air Force on active duty, in the Air National Guard and in the Air Force Reserves, Master Sergeant Thomas Hall saw there was a need for dependable home repair companies that operate with skill and honesty.
His idea was to create a company using his experience and training in facility maintenance and remodeling to help the people of his community.
Tom has created a different kind of contractor/ handyman/ renovation company. One that believes in integrity, generosity, and hard work. New Day is a company that understands what it takes to do the job right.
New Day believes that helping each other is vital, which is why we have established outreaches to our community. We are a company that believes in generosity and giving back to those we do life with. We live here, eat here and shop here too.
Our Mission
At New Day, we want to build a stronger community through helping our neighbors build value in their properties. By providing quality maintenance, repairs and updates to your home or office and through our outreaches we make our community better. We do all of this through dependable, experienced technicians, while operating with absolute integrity.
Our Team
Tom Hall
Owner/ Operator
After graduating from high school, Tom enlisted in the Air Force, where he honed his construction and facility maintenance skills. Over the years, he continued to refine his expertise through military service and private sector roles, accumulating diverse experience in management, sales, and logistics.
Throughout his career, Tom pursued higher education, earning degrees in Construction Technology and Liberal Arts. In 2012, he and his family settled in Colorado Springs, drawn by its charm and community spirit. Even while serving in the military, Tom felt a deep connection to the area and decided to make it his permanent home.
Outside of work, Tom is a man of many passions. Whether he’s crafting woodwork creations, strumming his guitar, tinkering with cars, hitting the gym, or shooting hoops on the basketball court, he’s always immersed in activities that fuel his enthusiasm. An active member of his church, Tom also finds fulfillment in giving back to his community through volunteer work.
Approachable and knowledgeable, Tom is always eager to lend a helping hand. Whether you spot him at the hardware store or see him shooting hoops, don’t hesitate to strike up a conversation or seek advice for your next project. With a keen vision for community outreach, Tom is excited to embark on new initiatives that will make a positive impact on the lives of those around him.

Sky is an awesome detail person to have on our staff. She has over 25 years experience in office management. Her knowledge helps us stay on track and provide you with timely contact and information. She enjoys traveling to new places, volunteering at her church and hiking in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
